Important Information Regarding Online Payments

  • Processing Time: Online credit and debit card payments are posted on the next business day.

  • Avoid Service Interruption: To ensure your service is not terminated, please complete your payment at least one business day before your scheduled termination date.

  • Same-Day Payments: If you are paying on the day of termination, you must call our office to notify us. Please note that payments received after 10:00 AM are still subject to service termination.

NOTICE: POLICY CHANGE

Pool Sewer Adjustment Requests must now be made in writing, a link to the request form is located under the Customer Service tab.

Effective July 1, 2024 each account will be limited to 3 payment arrangements (promise to pay) per calendar year.

NOTE: Failure to honor the payment arrangement you requested will result in any future requests being denied.

We are aware that some customers are using Doxo to pay their water bills. Please be advised that we are not affiliated with Doxo. Payments made through this service cannot be tracked or verified and may result in service interruption if payment is not received by our office.

We do our best to handle service requests the same day. Please note that Change of Service requests received after 2:30 p.m. will be processed the next business day.
